Paul Leu is responsible for the firm’s commercial/industrial investments division and capital raising activities. Paul brings more than 10 years of real estate experience across acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing of investments, and raising institutional and friends and family capital. Paul has held key leadership roles in acquisitions, asset management, and project management with real estate investment firms and provides Oakwood with strong leadership and oversight of the Firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
Stephan Coste is responsible for the day to day activates of Oakwood Property Partners including investor relations, financing, property management and the overall direction of the firm. Stephan brings 15 years of real estate experience across the principal, management and finance sides of the business. He has head key positions in a wholly owned private family real estate investment company with commercial properties throughout California and commercial mortgage bank.
